This new Construction 3,400 sq. ft modern farmhouse is located in Phoenix, Arizona. KGID utilized salvaged wood from around the property to create rustic unique details including the entry ceiling, exterior shutters and mud room built in. Through our full service program KGID designed and selected all interior and exterior finishes throughout this charming spec home.
